These terms cover the use of this website and the arrival-plan service of Casino Anfahrt.

1. What this site is

An independent editorial service. We describe routes, drive times, door times, parking, border rules and house rules for casinos in Switzerland and its neighbouring countries. We run no casino, offer no gambling, take no stakes and arrange no gaming credit.

2. Independence

Casino Anfahrt has no business relationship with the houses described, receives no commission and publishes no bonuses, vouchers or promotions. The verdicts are editorial, not user ratings. Links to operator sites exist for information only.

3. Information without guarantee

Door times, games, minimum age, document, dress-code and currency rules come from the operators' own pages and from regional tourist offices, each with the date it was checked. Drive times are routing estimates. Only the rules applied by the house on the day are binding. We accept no liability for a wasted drive or a refused entry.

4. The arrival plan

The arrival plan is free and non-binding. It contains door times, route, parking and door rules for the date you name. It is not a reservation, not a ticket and not a promise of entry.

5. Age and player protection

This site addresses adults from 18. It contains no invitation to gamble. Player-protection notes and the SOS Spielsucht number appear on every page.

6. Using the site

The forms must not be misused, and third-party data must not be submitted without authority. Texts, arrival briefs and photographs are protected by copyright; photographs are covered by the licence of the respective photographer.

7. Law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, as far as the law permits.
